This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application, mobile applications on iOS and Android, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information to provide and improve the Service:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in via Google, Apple, or Email.
• User Content: Receipt photos, images, and documents uploaded or forwarded to your custom inbox for optical character recognition (OCR) parsing.
• Integration Data: Authentication tokens and folder/spreadsheet IDs necessary to organize receipts into your Google Drive and Google Sheets.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain receipt extraction and Google Sheets syncing
• To notify you about changes, updates, or processing summaries
• To provide customer and technical support
• To detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues and security anomalies

We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or receipt data to third parties. Your data is used solely for providing and improving the Service.

Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Receipts To Sheets's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we access Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs only to create, format, and populate receipt spreadsheets and archive receipt images directly within your personal Google account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, nor do we transfer it to third-party data brokers.

Usage Data Collection (Telemetry)

With your consent, we collect usage data (telemetry) to help improve our service performance:

• Feature usage patterns
• Application performance metrics
• Diagnostic crash reports

You can control this data collection through the "Share usage data" option in your account settings. If you choose to disable this setting, no telemetry data will be collected from your account.

Session Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We may use Microsoft Clarity to better understand product usage and improve the user experience. Clarity may record limited interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and basic device telemetry. We configure Clarity to respect your telemetry preference: if you turn off "Share usage data," Clarity collection is disabled for your account.

AI Training Data

By default, none of your private receipt documents are used for training generalized AI systems. You may optionally choose to assist in model accuracy via:

• Usage Data Sharing: If you enable the "Share usage data" setting, you give us permission to use anonymized telemetry to understand feature utilization.
• Error Correction Feedback: When you notice errors in receipt processing, you may optionally submit the receipt for model review. All submitted training data is stripped of personal identifiers.

Data Storage and Retention

Google Drive Integration

Our application creates and stores spreadsheets and receipt images directly in your own Google Drive folder. You maintain full ownership and control over this data through your Google account.

Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your account profile and mailbox configurations only for as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account and select Delete Account.
• Email: Send a deletion request to [email protected].

Upon receiving your request, all personal account records, mailbox configurations, and authentication tokens are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.

Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted third-party providers to operate our application infrastructure:

• Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: User authentication, database hosting, and Google Workspace integrations (Privacy Policy).
• Microsoft Azure: Cloud compute infrastructure and secure backend hosting (Privacy Statement).
• RevenueCat: In-App Purchase and mobile subscription validation across iOS and Android (Privacy Policy).
• Stripe: Secure web subscription billing and payment processing (Privacy Policy).
• Mailgun: Inbound receipt email forwarding and transactional email notifications (Privacy Policy).

Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including HTTPS encryption in transit and encrypted data storage at rest—to protect your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
