Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Receipts To Sheets ("the Service"), provided by Polycrest Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Receipts To Sheets is an expense automation platform that extracts structured data from receipts via automated optical character recognition (OCR) and organizes it directly into Google Sheets and cloud drives. The Service includes:

• Receipt document scanning and automated OCR data extraction
• Direct Google Sheets and Google Drive synchronization
• Dedicated inbound receipt email addresses and auto-forwarding
• HSA / FSA eligible expense categorization and tracking

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google authentication, Apple ID, or Email. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Receipts To Sheets offers free and auto-renewable paid subscription tiers ("HSA Plan" and "Business Plan") billed on a monthly or annual basis:

• Personal (Free): Up to 15 receipts per month and 1 custom mailbox.
• Unlimited + HSA/FSA: Unlimited receipt processing, HSA/FSA expense tagging, and 2 custom mailboxes.
• Business: Unlimited receipt processing, unlimited mailboxes, team sharing, and accounting integrations.

Auto-Renewal & Billing Terms

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS purchases), Google Play account (for Android purchases), or credit card (via Stripe for web purchases) at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
  • iOS: Open device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to modify or cancel.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Web: Navigate to your Account Settings on receiptstosheets.com.

On Apple platforms, use of the iOS application is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) at Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Data Ownership & Google Integrations

Your receipt files and generated spreadsheets remain your property. Data stored in your Google Drive or Google Sheets is governed by your Google Account settings and our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Disclaimer & Tax Notice

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy with automated OCR and HSA/FSA item identification, Receipts To Sheets is not a certified tax advisor, CPA, or medical administrator. Users are responsible for reviewing extracted figures prior to filing tax returns or submitting reimbursement claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polycrest Labs LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through our website or via email prior to the changes taking effect.
